Why “ASL Spring?”

ASL Spring was coined by our founder Jon Urquhart with feedback from Deaf staff and community members.

The sign for SPRING in ASL is the same as the sign for GROW. Ultimately, that is what we are here to do, grow your ASL skills, grow your understanding of Deaf culture, and grow your connection to the Deaf community.

ASL Spring embodies our mission.
