They enter their unique code at checkout and start learning. Year-long gifts begin that day.
Gift questions
How does the recipient redeem their gift?
Every gift card and certificate has its own unique code. They enter it at checkout when they sign up, and the gift is applied.
Does a gift card expire?
No. Gift cards don't expire unless the card says otherwise.
When does the year start: when I buy, or when they redeem?
When they redeem it. Their year begins the day they enter their code, so it's fine to buy early.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, as long as the code hasn't been redeemed. After 30 days, gifts can't be refunded. See our Terms of Service.
